Abstract: The constitutional reforms of June 6 and 10, 2011,
revolutionized the way of understanding the importance and
incidence of human rights in Mexico and questioned several topics
of relevance and importance in the protection and guarantee of such
prerogatives. The present article shows how in the judicial work
several criteria have been forged that orient the juridical activity in
the Mexican State and its relation in the inter-American scope

Resumen: Las reformas constitucionales de 6 y 10 de junio de 2011,
revolucionaron la forma de entender la importancia e incidencia
de los derechos humanos en México y pusieron en duda diversos
tópicos de relevancia y trascendencia en la protección y garantía
de tales prerrogativas. El presente artículo muestra cómo en el
quehacer jurisdiccional se han forjado diversos criterios que orientan
la actividad jurídica en el Estado Mexicano y su relación en el ámbito
interamericano.
